Welcome to Third Grade at Castle Hills Elementary School.  Castle Hills Elementary is a K - 5 school.  It is located in New Castle, Delaware, six miles (10 km) south of Wilmington, situated on the Delaware River.  We are minutes away from the historic town of New Castle, Delaware, established in 1651.
